Refund policy

We’re here to help you with your exchanges or returns. All exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning or exchanging your items. Items that may not be returned:

All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached.
Laundered items cannot be returned and exchanged.
Items on clearance, Customized Items, Monogrammed Items.
Exchanges

You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value. While you pay shipping costs to return the item(s) to us, we are happy to send your exchange merchandise at no shipping charge to you. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order.

Returns

If you need to return something for any reason, feel free to email us at [email protected]. We will give you our return shipping address. Please allow 3-14 business days upon receipt for processing your return. All items purchased directly through Allaboutmonni LLC are eligible for Free Return Shipping if there are problems about:

items shipped incorrectly
defective problem
etc.
Return Shipping Fee & Tax: Refunds are exclusion of shipping cost, and shipping costs for free shipping orders are calculated at 15% of the order value. The responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as

changed your mind
ordered by mistake
an item didn’t fit
didn’t like the color/quality
bought it somewhere else
etc.
And the requirement is that the product must be brand new and unused, also must be returned with the original packaging and all accessories. Otherwise, we will charge a restocking fee as below.

Restocking Fee: Equivalent to 30% of the value of the product will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of the product is no longer brand new that the value of the product decreases, because the product may have been

used
non-original packaging
etc.
